The aim of this course is to familiarize Entrepreneurs with the business planning process, the content of a small business’ business plan and its supporting elements, with the goal of better enabling business owners to meet future challenges in resource management. The course also provides an overview of performance measurement concepts. This course was designed to develop skills and prepare entrepreneurs to effectively contribute to the business planning process within a small business thus owning the business and its path.
